Little Chatterbox Speech Therapy Centre is led by Ms Tee Suat Chin, a speech-language therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children facing various speech and language challenges. The centre specialises in supporting children with Verbal Apraxia, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down's Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, cleft lip/palate, stuttering, and speech and/or language delays.
The centre employs a comprehensive three-step approach: assessment using both informal and formal methods to identify each child's strengths and needs; individualised therapy sessions tailored to address unique developmental requirements; and confidence-building strategies to help children enjoy communicating at home and school.
Little Chatterbox utilises evidence-based techniques including oral-placement therapy (oro-motor), PROMPT, Hanen Programme, M.O.R.E (Integrating the Mouth with Sensory and Postural Functions), and the Lidcombe Programme. All therapy sessions are personalised to provide effective communication development support, with carefully selected therapy tools to enhance each child's learning experience.
