Dynamics Therapy Group is Singapore's largest multidisciplinary paediatric therapy centre, founded in 2004 by clinical director Yael Sasson. With over 20 years of experience, the group has grown into an ecosystem of 16+ specialised sub-brands providing comprehensive therapeutic support for children and adults with developmental and special needs.
The centre offers a complete range of therapies under one roof: speech and language therapy, occupational therapy (with sensory integration), Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), physiotherapy, psychological assessment and counselling, educational therapy, social skills training, DIRFloortime, art therapy, and feeding and swallowing therapy. Each therapist has a dedicated therapy room, and treatment is delivered through centre-based, home-based, telehealth, and in-school models.
Dynamics' transdisciplinary approach means therapists collaborate across disciplines rather than working in silos, creating truly individualised plans. The group also runs Dynamics International School, an inclusive K–9 school that integrates therapy into the school day — the only early intervention programme in Singapore adapting the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC).
The centre specialises in autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, speech and language delays, dyslexia, sensory processing difficulties, developmental coordination disorder, and global developmental delay. Services span from infancy through adulthood.
