Special Education Schools (SPED)
St. Andrew's Autism Centre (SAAC) was established in 2005 to serve persons on the autism spectrum through quality education, training and care, distinguished by Christian love and compassion. Today, they serve over 470 persons with autism across multiple programmes.
SAAC is guided by values of Love, Integrity, Growth, Honour, and Teamwork. They create a caring environment that supports quality of life for persons with autism and their families, respecting individual challenges and differences whilst empowering beneficiaries to lead dignified and purposeful lives. The centre adopts a culture of continuous learning and reflection to meet evolving needs.
SAAC serves children and adults on the autism spectrum, from school-age through to older adults requiring residential care. As a service of St. Andrew's Mission Hospital, they are supported by NCSS, MOE, and MSF.
